I am interested but how would it fit in to feederism?

I get the whole nursing thing, its about someone basically looking after the feedee, providing food, helping with personal hygiene.....
I'd find it quite a turn, to be looked after, although I suspect it would be mainly immobile people being cared for. Saying that anyone can care for anyone else, like role playing

I mean, are we using “feederism” as kind of an umbrella term for all the things that bring us here? Because if it’s just for the love of fat, boobs in and of themselves are the way they are because of fatty tissue. And suckling them, for example, would be as enjoyable as kissing, etc any other soft, squishy, fat body part.
Lactating and adult nursing come into play a lot in my crazy little fantasy stories where the person A’s body is making so much that person B has to keep drinking just to keep person A from feeling like they’re gonna explode, until it essentially becomes feeding for person B via person A’s body, and person B gains weight from the sheer volume they drink. Obviously irl that’s totally impossible but it’s enjoyable to picture. It’s just such a delicious cross-roads between fat/boobs and eating/drinking 🤤

For me its a closeness and bonding thing I think.
